Chik-a-Pea currently accepts PayPal, cashiers checks, and money orders. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT CHECKOUT. If payment is not received upon checkout, the order will be cancelled. Orders paid for with cashiers checks will be processed as soon as they have cleared. Please keep in mind that PayPal applies a 7% tax to ALL FLORIDA RESIDENTS.
Chik-a-Pea's number one priority is customer satisfaction, therefore, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. All items must be returned in new unused condition. Please notify us before making any returns/exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right for you! If you still decide that you are unhappy, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping, and your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item(s) in proper condition. Please note Customized items are not returnable. For hygienic purposes, headbands and other hair accessories are FINAL SALE.
Rush requests are always welcomed. Since previous order will be placed on hold to process your request an additional 15% - 20% fee will apply to rush orders based on the item being requested. Please contact us for specifics.
